110th Anniversary Dinner at the Green Room

Before Le Cavalier opened in 2020, it was the Green Room at the storied HOTEL DU PONT. Legend has it that Prince Rainier III of Monaco and Grace Kelly enjoyed a quiet meal there after getting engaged; other patrons have included Amelia Earhart, Ingrid Bergman, and Elizabeth Taylor. Now, as Le Cav breathes new life into the legendary space, it will celebrate the hotel’s 110th anniversary with a throwback dinner harkening back to the Green Room’s heyday.

On Sunday, December 3rd, the $95 per-person, five-course menu will include Chef-partner Tyler Akin's take on classic dishes from the originals such as Prime Club Steak with béarnaise, Dover Sole Meunière with brown butter and capers, Waldorf Salad, and Peach Melba with raspberry coulis and vanilla bean gelato.
