New Year's Eve | 2024

Le Cavalier's NYE celebration will offer a three-course menu with abundant options to help ring in the New Year. Luxe small plate options include the classic favorites Escargot with Garlic Butter and Fines Herbs and Lobster Tails with Champagne Beurre Blanc.  Entrees range from Sole Meunière with Preserved Lemon and Brown Butter to Lamb Tagine with Cranberry and Apricot Couscous.

For dessert, classics such as Poached Pear with Champagne, Hazelnut and Chantily Cream and Profiteroles with Blood Orange Gelato and White Chocolate Ganache.

Supplemental wine and beverage options will be available.

Seating times and menu prices:

First seating times: 5pm - 5:45pm | $85 per person.  Gratuity is additional.

Second seating: 7PM - 7:45pm | $85 per person.  Gratuity is additional.

Third seating: 9:30PM - 10:15pm | $100 person, including champagne toast at midnight.  Gratuity is additional.
